We had an AMAZING experience. We ended up buying one of their spec homes but found it early on in the build. When it gets close then they do a weekly update call with Bud the onsite (and amazing I will add) project manager. I also want to call out Joy in the main office as she was instrumental in helping us navigate through the process to get our house complete. Also they delivered the house 1 week earlier than promised from the time they broke ground. This is our second home buying new and so far it has been magical.
